How online psychoeducational evaluations work
We use standardized assessments backed by research for digital use. Our school psychologists conduct robust record reviews and developmental histories. Remote school psychologists join the assessment planning meeting with the school team. Students are monitored by an onsite support person who is directed by the remote school psychologist and has no clinical duties.
What about stimulus books and flip charts?
Stimuli licensed from publishers is digitized by Presence and viewed by the student onscreen. A document camera at the testing site enables the school psychologist to observe both the desktop and the student.

As the largest district in southern Oregon, Medford School District serves 12,727 students at 21 schools.
